I reported problems with my stoma and within 48 hours Jo had beento visit and deal with the problem. She had various pieces of equipment with her to help and the improvement was immediate. She has since made a follow-up visit armed with supplies to keep me on top of the situation.
Jo has been great with explaining everything I need for my stoma. She has helped me with ordering bags etc and given me advice around the soreness I was having on my skin. The products she has given me to help have been great and she has always encouraged me to get in touch if I need anything.
Jo is a caring & conscientious nurse dealing with my recent Stoma. Helping and guiding me through the issues involved with bag changing and general care in the changing situations.
Thank you for a lovely review. So pleased I am able to help
I met Jo post op through home visit support! This wasn’t my first rodeo in stoma experience! It is part of ongoing treatment for last two years! During which for me personally been bit of a roller coaster with symptoms! She was able to very quickly put me at ease as changes occurred! During support visits and care often I would share pictures as my condition changed for discussion and recommendations from my phone! I always felt listened to reassured and confident I was moving in the right direction with my daily care! I was also able to openly discuss my mental health condition that was reflected through my personal situation. Thank you for your five star support!
Thank you for leaving a lovely review, am so glad I was able to help.
Care and time was taken to make sure that I was able to manage my condition. Jo explained clearly how to apply the bag. She made sure that they were cut to the correct size. She answered all my questions clearly so that I was confident that I would be able to manage.
