The hospital environment is very clean, relaxing and maintained to a very high level. All members of staff from Administration through to the Surgeon were very professional, friendly and courteous. I felt confident in my procedure, able to relax in a calm, clean and safe environment. I had my own room with en suite facilities. I was treated with respect, dignity and extremely well by all the staff members I met during my stay and also on all my appointments and consultations.

The care and treatment provided by all staff at The Lodge is ntruly remarkable. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter reception. The care provided before, during and after surgery is fabulous and can not be faulted in any way. Professor Ghanchi is such a gentleman, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He has the best "bedside manner" that I have ever seen from any practitioner in the medical field. It is obvious that the whole team at The Lodge works well together. I must make a special mention of Sue - she is character and always made me laugh and feel at ease. You are a great team. Thank you for your care and support.

I was treated after referral by my NHS GP very promptly and efficiently. I did not have any feeling that I was treated as an NHS patient in any way differently from a private patient. The Clinic and facilities are excellent and the staff courteous and respectful, and very efficient.

I was in the Yorkshire Clinic for 3 days and could not wish for better treatment. Nursing staff were friendly and efficient, the food was good, doctors and physiotherapists did everything to ensure recovery was as rapid as possible.

I was attended without delay..staff are considerate and courteous.. clinic is clean with all the facilities required for a petite two. Parking is easy and free. I’m happy with the care and strongly recommend to other patients for eye treatment
