All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, helpful, kind, patient and thoroughly professional. I feel qualified to say this because of my long term medical condition. This visit has been truly enjoyable because of the attitude of all the staff who have cared for me, including the cleaning staff. At all times I have been well informed on my progress.
The food has improved tremendously since my last visit but I am surprised that there is not more clarity on the menu for people trying to maintain a diet in line with cardiac rehab guidelines.
I have tremendous admiration for all the nhs staff but not the shortsighted actions of the uk gov (all parties). It has been said many times how wonderful the NHS and it still.
