Change the bed while off ward but was not suitable on return to ward ask if they could change it back and staff did right away problem was solved quick

I was seen by the consultant within a week Further investigation was arranged immediately and the necessary preparation material sent The reasons for further investigation were given straight away The staff responsible for for arranging appointments were courteous and clear with the instructions Altogether a positive response and experience

Very nice distrcit hospital, where the staff is implementing the iCARE philosophy - focused on communication, attitude, responsability/respect and enviroment.
