I felt looked after very well. I had an inventory made of all my items when I came in which I found very strange. 2 nurses came in and went through all my things which I have never had happen before and I was admitted due to breathing difficulties so unsure why I needed to be searched but there was obviously a reason so I went along with it. It did make me feel quite uneasy but I didn’t see those 2 nurses again during my stay so it was ok. Apart from that everything was very good.

Just not search people’s things unnecessarily

Wife has Brain Injury with Left Sided neglect with no neuro vision on this side, although a prompt sight card was on her wall behind bed not all staff took notice of it

The physiotherapist I spoke to on the phone was helpful, spoke clearly and thorough.

I feel that a physiotherapy assessment should really be done in person rather than over the phone. I forgot a lot of advice and needs to ring to ask for an email to be sent with instructions that were important

I had a great experience today on the labour ward. I was in with bleeding and had an emergency C-section. Although it was an emergency i didn't feel rushed at all, everything was explained well to me and everyone was very kind and supportive. Overall everything went much better than expected and i felt as relaxed as possible throughout.

From the moment I entered the building I was treated very well and also quickly considering it was a bank holiday and a Sunday I feel very lucky to have the NHS looking after me. Thank you so much.

Was a 4.5 hour wait to be sent home with not much info about healing or care/treatment The room I was taken to had rubbish on surfaces and floors. And nurse didn’t clean table before placing tape to strap my finger.
