Reception staff are not very friendly or helpful and make you feel like you are asking them to lend you money! The toilets are not the cleanest. More current magazines or medical information would be useful while you wait. Depending on which department you go to, some of the nurses have a bad attitude. I could be more specific but I don't think here is the correct outlet for it. For the most part, the Pain Clinic was very good but reception area is very grim and could do with soft music in the background or a TV, magazines to read and a source of drinking water that is not in an open jug for anyone to put things in or spit in. Not a good idea with the water jug. No complaints with my doctor.
