The staff are so careing much better than MRI & North Manchester even when we cannot sleep the staff will make you a cup of tea and toast even if it is 3-4 o clock in the morning. I have no complaints.

The nurses were attentive and thorough. The only thing that could be improved is the time it takes to be assessed and discharged.

Staff very attentive, but I feel there is not enough communication between nursing and medical staff. any chance in treatment should be passed to nursing staff verbally not just written in pts notes in the hope that the nursing staff will see if or rely on the pt. to relay the information
