Sitting with my daughter little communication from nurses/doctors just walking passed us looking busy. Yes you are busy but just communicate to patients/family members so they know what’s going on! Maybe you need to role play and experience this for yourself.
Then moved to CCU literally sitting next to somebody being sick (infection control). Sent to pharmacy and waited one hour for medication! And this hospital is Outstanding !?
