The virtual appointment as a first appointment was excellent. There was a very thorough review of the issues my wife is experiencing with all the benefits of being able to be at home in comfortable surroundings. I could assist in responses to questions and subsequently in supporting the carrying out of the recommended exercises. All the communications were clear and there were no problems with the technology which worked very well. Thank you, I am delighted my wife has some practical steps to help with her condition. On reflection, the opportunity for both of us to be involved in helping to diagnose issues and follow through with exercises is a major plus for the carrying out of treatments.

I had a total left hip replacement 5 months ago and following initial online Physio from Sebastian I was referred to Lynda Walker who offered me a place in an online class. I have just finished 6 weeks of the Dynamic Conditioning Online class offered by Lynda Walker and her great team through Ashford Hospital, and it has really helped on my journey to full recovery and fitness. The weekly friendly, caring, knowledgeable contact and exercises at just the right level of challenge has increased my flexibility, strength and confidence in my new hip. I feel well equipped to continue my fitness program and brave enough to get back on my pushbike! Big thank you to Lynda and Team and would thoroughly recommend this class.

I have been doing remote zoom physio with Ellie and she has been fantastic. She always smiling and friendly and has created routines that have lead to noticeable improvements already. I can’t fault her whatsoever. The team on the phone are also extremely helpful and pleasant. Big thumbs up.

Ellesse (Ellie) was very good and considerate. The main problem was the connection, particularly video which would not stay connected for more than 30 odd secs. Consequently Ellie was very restricted in the information available to her for diagnosis/assessment.
