I was very happy with the service I received at the Woking physiotherapy clinic. Nathanael took great care to go through the various exercises I need to aid my recovery. It was also very helpful to have a face to face session as it highlighted more clearly what I need to do.

I was seen in a timely manner and the venue was clean, professional, and appropriate for use. The Physiotherapist that I had my initial consultation with, Nathanael King, was incredibly thorough and professional. He listened to all my concerns and systematically conducted an assessment on my injured ankle. He clearly explained the exercise that will help me to rehabilitate my ankle and the reasons for this.

I was very sceptical about how a video physio appointment would work but it did! All my symptoms and medical history were discussed and exercises prescribed. Exercise classes were arranged. A few hours later a personalised exercise routine was e mailed to me. Very good service.

Had an outpatient appointment today. Andre and Nurse /HCA (sorry didn’t catch her name) were so friendly and welcoming. Their pleasant jovial nature while remaining professional calmed my nerves and helped me relax. These two staff members are a credit to your service!

I was entirely underwhelmed by the negativity of the gentleman assigned to my case (Daniel). He flatly told me that my aspiration to be capable of jogging 7 months after surgery is wholly unrealistic. I do not need nor want that level of defeatism on my team. Perhaps I cannot manage that but if if I do not try I definitely won't. My mood has been utterly down ever since I spoke to this guy.

I had physiotherapy on line with Corinn Upton. She was a really good instructor. Kind and polite and explained clearly. It was for lower limb exercises. I highly recommend.
