I had a total left hip replacement 5 months ago and following initial online Physio from Sebastian I was referred to Lynda Walker who offered me a place in an online class. I have just finished 6 weeks of the Dynamic Conditioning Online class offered by Lynda Walker and her great team through Ashford Hospital, and it has really helped on my journey to full recovery and fitness.
The weekly friendly, caring, knowledgeable contact and exercises at just the right level of challenge has increased my flexibility, strength and confidence in my new hip. I feel well equipped to continue my fitness program and brave enough to get back on my pushbike!
