while i was anxious regarding the on line aspect of the appointment,
i realised it was a much quicker way of achieving support for my condition.
i do have a mobile phone ,but feel it would not have been suitable to have used for this particular type of appointment
i felt i coped well and was given plenty of time and encouragement to get a lot of benefit from the physio,with exercise and pain control.
i will be happy to continue treatment using this format as i now realise there is nothing sinister within my pain and the offer of further investigation was mentioned if required and also further alternative medication and the condition can be managed using this programme .
with no need atm for a face to face appiontment .
also still getting to grips with with the on line excersises. so early days ,but feel confident that i can cope with the regime given
