- Most of the nurses have been fantastic and very kind and had a great impact on me getting better. - my personal hygiene has been looked after well - my wounds have been looked after well

- the food options are not great and I feel there are a lot of carbohydrate options and not much protein. - I had a member of staff observe me wash once from the occupational health team and she was very rude and abrupt towards me and kept asking me why I couldn’t do things and kept asking how I manage at home and I was left very upset by this experience. However I did tell a nurse when I was upset and she supported me after this. - I found the night staff at times were not very supportive with my personal care.

- A better choice of food - some agency staff in the evening were sometimes not very helpful with caring for me.

Efficient, warm welcome/friendly helpful staff. Who clearly cared, listened, patient. Really professional waiting area was calm and airy and quiet.
