That we weren't rushed for time. We were listened to and allowed to speak. Everything was explained very well and I liked the visual posters and charts as this helped my daughter to better understand what happens rather than just being talked too.

The problem was solved within 6 hrs and the service was very professional

As it was a Sunday evening there was no pharmacy open at the time my daughter got oral antibiotics prescribed and unable to start treatment on the day she was seen. To improve our experience it would have been perfect either to be seen earlier or have an open pharmacy where we could collect the medication.
