I am a college a Associate Practitioner in nursing so some of the above are not relevant but I do feel Dr Rajagopalan treats his patients, relatives and all his staff with dignity and respect.
I would also definitely recommend him as a consultant to my family and staff
I have witnessed him ensuring all his patients are involved in the decision making processes, giving patients a full description of the procedure with an explanation of the risks and benefits involved and of any alternative treatment.
