Whilst 99% of the staff were excellent, occasionally a request went unheard. A number of times especially through the night when a call button was pressed no heed was taken of it, sometimes for a number of minutes and when three nurses are sitting round either talking or looking at monitors I am sure one of them could see what the problem was.
