Very comprehensive explanation of preparation, procedure and possible effects, thorough coverage of pre-existing conditions kind and sympathetic attention by Shirley through the whole period of the procedure. Very caring staff throughout, great to have tea and biscuits after care. An NHS triumph again! Cannot suggest anything which would improve experience.

The staff here as with all frontine NHS staff are absolutely brilliant.
Whatever they are paid, it isn't enough.
