You need to improve your appointment system. When I called several times for an appointment, no one answered. In the letter it said if we do not hear from you within four weeks, your referral is canceled. Here no one picked up the phone. I feel that NHS is targeting only online booking services and it is not equality.

My needs were not fulfilled as expected. Didn’t want to change the pipes and offered a larger ear piece for the future. I was not so keen.
