Although my operation is to be at FGH it was good to have the Assessment at WGH.
The appointment was on time and all the members of the department were friendly and helpful.
I would make special mention of Nurse Jo Still who has been handling my case for the last four months. She is very efficient, pays attention to detail, takes on board my concerns and explains procedures in a way that a lay person, like me, can understand.
She is a credit to the profession and NHS.
