The OT, Rebekah Wilkinson was very professional and reassuring and explained everything very clearly.
Unfortunately, my appointment was made by phone from WGH directly to me. I did not receive a letter of confirmation and as a result, was unsure exactly who I was seeing and where I was seeing them.
To conclude, the medical care was excellent, the administration was not.
