I was under West Middlesex physio department - physio named Paul who in these extremely pressurised times in the NHS phoned as promised, was extremely caring and considerate. Prior to that when I visited he was exactly what you would want from someone in a patient interface. This is the 2nd time I have been to West Mid this year and received exemplary service.
