An excellent experience in A and E, only 10 minutes from arrival to receipt of pain relief.
Experience of a night in the surgical assessment unit was unpleasant. Remained on a trolley with bright lights left on for the majority of the time even though assessments were not being carried out. Excellent care from Elisabeth ward thereafter.
