Having fallen backwards onto a metal spike I was seen quickly and not once was my carelessness and stupidity mentioned that had landed me in hospital.
I was treated with respect , kindness No need. and attention to detail to assess the damage done to the rest of my body when I had fallen backwards.

The staff were amazing and so caring when I came in with my baby boy. They took great care of us and were really reassuring. The only reason I gave less stars on cleanliness is because the toys in the waiting room were dirty but my baby was too sick to play anyway.

Keep waiting areas clean including toys that can be wiped over.

Excellent care. Polite and professional. Explained situation and reasons behind prognosis. Efficient medical ‘work’ with clear and concise instructions for ongoing care requirements.

Possibly just clear notices in waiting rooms - toilets, canteens, food & drink dispensers. When the queue to be seen is 2 hours plus most people won’t have brought something to eat or drink
