I felt as though I was being cared for and not just being processed through a system
Incredible team as always. Thank you for everything. Eva was treated amazingly and we couldn’t be more grateful
I brought my mum, Sheila, into A&E following 2 fainting episodes first thing in the morning on 2 consecutive days. All the staff who dealt with her were amazingly kind and respectful. First the triage nurse who was super efficient, and then we were taken to a bed in Res where many checks were done. We were cared for by Josh and Sian and Siad who were on duty on Saturday 30th December during the afternoon / early evening. They made her feel at ease and listened to as well as undertaking the medial checks they needed to do. They took time to explain things to me and to mum so we both knew what was happening and why. They took time to care for the whole person. Given it was a Saturday and over the Christmas period, I was really so grateful for the time and attention that they gave to her. Josh called me before finishing his shift to give me an update and to reassure me that she was doing well. You have an absolutely fantastic team in A&E. Thank you so much.
(When I thanked Josh on the phone, he jokingly said I could write to his manager to let her know. So please pass on this message to Clare Wilson! Josh was fantastic!)
Your staff are genuinely warm compassionate and kind and humane individuals . They treat others with such care and concern
From the person at reception to the rest of the team and medical staff you all really excel and we are so grateful to you for what you do tirelessly , with good humour and senses of humour, and such a sense of duty and integrity. each and every day!
I’m not happy at all
I attended A&E Warwick Hospital with chest pains yesterday and the whole process was efficient and professional by all staff I came into contact with. I felt reassured that I was a priority and was receiving the very best care. Thank you to all the staff I came into contact with.
Dear [Doctor's Name],
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent septoplasty procedure at Warwick Hospital.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease. The pre-operative team took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answer all of my questions, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had.
During the surgery, I was impressed by the skill and expertise of the surgical team. They worked efficiently and effectively, ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure. The post-operative care I received was equally outstanding. The nursing staff was attentive, providing me with the necessary pain management and monitoring my recovery closely.
I also want to commend the cleanliness and organization of the hospital. The facilities were well-maintained, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
Overall, my experience at Warwick Hospital was exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. Please extend my thanks to the entire team involved in my treatment.
Thank you once again for your professionalism and dedication to patient care.
Best regards
Elena
On the early evening of 26/11/2023 I was admitted to A&E following a fall which had resulted in concussion and head injuries requiring stitching etc.
The way I was treated by everyone I dealt with (Receptionist/Porter/Nurses/Doctor/Radiographer etc) was first class & excellent throughout. Thank you.
Michael Durkin.
My procedure was a colonoscopy and i'd been lead to believe by friends who had undergone the same treatment that it was unpleasant. I was therefore extremely happy to experience a completely pain-free examination - without the need for sedation. The consultant explained very carefully what was happening and what she could see and the nurses chatted to me all the time so I felt very relaxed.
I was attacked by your Warwick hospital security guard, thrown over some chairs and suffered a punctured lung. No one asked my what my condition was. I had to go to Birmingham to be treated. It started when you lost my money on admittance to the ward, and nobody knew where my money went to. I it went to the pub via your security, obviously.
