Exceptional person centered care which anticipated my needs, keeping safe and relativey comfortable in a challenging situation.
Suggested improvements
Sort out your pre admission pathway. 5 hours in severe pain and someitng in ED waiting area was, degrading, unsafe and poor quality once on the ward the care was superb.
