Very smooth and efficient process - from arrival to surgery was very fast.
Nurses were all lovely, friendly and caring - whole department had a welcoming atmosphere.
While the procedure wasn't exactly pleasant, it was very professional and any questions I asked were clearly answered.
There was constant concern about any pain or discomfort during the procedure and the staff were extremely attentive to hygiene and cleanliness.
