They've recently changed the taking bloods system for blood tests and it's a flipping slow and laborious task ... Go elsewhere for the test if you can. Today the receptionist said when I heard the 3rd person complaining " the system is new to us and we're still learning so it'll get faster".... No, how about not changing a system that was working and extremely smoothly to and not changing it untill everything is working smoothly, it's so chuffin frustrating!
