I didn't mind the wait, I sat and sketched. The doctor was very pragmatic, I was x ray quickly. The radiographer let me see the x ray so I could visualise the break. The doctor was helpful with advice and for if I wanted to co to use my walking holiday.

Suggested improvements
1) would be good to make an appointment window if practical 2)There was a child who may have been adhd/autistic and was running around making lots of noise which other patients found unsettling. May not be the right thing for her but I wondered how many children end up waiting that are bored. Could a tv be placed to allow them to watch cartoons or something. Not everyone has iPhone/iPad and it runs out battery. When I lived abroad they had a childrens area with seating and cartoons which worked well for both childrens and parents.
