Told to go to red areas. Then told to go back to the pink area. No seats in pink area. You expected disabled people stand. You expected people to walk around the department because staff have moved and then don’t provide additional seating.
Suggested improvements
Increase the availability of disabled parking spaces. Increase the availability of seating.
