Efficient service from the unit. Friendly and caring staff. Welcome cuppa and biscuit after procedure. Everybody introduced themselves to me. I was kept informed and given a letter to take away with me from the Dr who performed the procedure. I didn't take a watch and could do with a clock in the waiting room. There was one in the recovery area.
