Although A andE were extremely busy there was a sense of calm. I received good and compassionate treatment and found everyone helpful. All the staff stayed calm and collected in all the situations. I think that they deserve medals for the work that they do and seem to stay smiling for all the patients. I left feeling calmer and reassured. Thank you everyone.

The only thing that could have helped especially with the heat would be some cold water available.
