Outstanding care. After a fall I was quickly seen by a competent doctor (Dr Hetherington) and my face injuries cleaned and treated by a helpful nurse (Peter). The car park machine told me that the whole process took just 42 minutes. Many thanks. Christine.

I attended the Endoscopy Dept today at 9.00 Firstly, I received an appointment wihin a week of being referred by my GP which was fantastic. From the recptionist through to the entire Endocopy team I was treated as an individual with the greatest level of care & respect. The results of the endoscopy were covered promptly and thoroughly The team were a real credit to your organisation

Written on behalf of my Mum My Mum was admitted after a fall and having waited all night for an ambulance was delighted to be taken to Warwick , she is elderly and said she had never met such a friendly and smiley bunch of people ! Seen quickly and discharged in a timely manner , which has restored our faith in the NHS . if only all hospitals were like this . There was an F1 doctor called Adam who was superb and a lovely nurse who helped her get mobilising but everyone was amazing

We needed a zimmer frame as she was quite immobile but you didn't have one to loan which was a challenge to source one which we needed to get to prevent another fall.

I went to Warwick Hospital today to the Cardiac Catheter Suite, for a denervation procedure, a Day case. From the moment I entered the ward to the time I left, I was treated superbly. All the staff were so generous and kind, and there was hardly any waiting time. It probably helped because it wasn't too busy today. However, thank you Warwick Hospital.

I would just like to thank Daniel in the minor injuries unit at Warwick Hospital for his exceptional care, treatment and clear communication, after I fell and hurt my head in Stratford-on-Avon last Saturday afternoon (2nd March). I am recovering well. This really was the NHS at its very best, and I am extremely grateful. Alison Atkinson

The staff were marvellous. Very professional and friendly. The information provided prior to my hip replacement operation was extremely comprehensive. The service provided by the SWATT team was very impressive. Thank you!

The list of medications issued on discharge was confusing. I would like to suggest that this is simplified and made easier to use by listing meds to be taken on a daily basis. Also giving a description of what the medication is for, eg pain relief, laxative etc. Also the name of the medication on the printed list did not always tie in with the name of the medication on the packet where one was a brand name and the other was its generic name. Very confusing for the layman patient!

I was admitted in the early hours on 06.03.2024 stayed in all day. I asked a nurse a larger lady with glasses short greyish dark hair two sons she informed others if she could tell my daughter what ward I was on she refused. Another nurse I asked twice for my medication and she did not give me any of my medication. I suffered a heart attack 3 weeks ago having surgery and am diabetic with a stomach issue required 15 tablets a day these were all missed. My daughter called in the morning to ask if they could provide a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste as a& e did state I was not going to be admitted but then was and I never received anything. I have a care package and have limited mobility and not one member of staff on that ward asked if I needed help to go to the toilet or needed a shower. I had no dignity or respect shown to me. Me and others asked for jugs of water and were told my the lady wearing glasses above wait for the lady to come round this is s basic need.

Basic human needs and discipline the staff involved and retraining.
