All staff have been kind and helpful at all times. I can't praise them enough. Activities I.e table tennis, badminton and gym, were my favourites. As much physical and interactive activity I think is key to recovery Abiola was fantastic when she was my names nurse and explained the WRAP to me. She did say that ideally I should have received it sooner to give more time before CPA meeting, which would have really helped me, I think, as a lot of work needs putting into it

I think that due to staff shortages there could be more help to get into our lockers and and get basics sorted out Very good food Activities were good for filling in time. Otherwise it would be boring at times

One doctor once asked me if I would get 'revenge' on them which is nothing I had thought of but I often wonder now why she asked me. Dr Quested describes the way he treats people as 'humane' but my father and I don't think it is and we think that if Dr Quested was subjected to the appalling way he treats people he also wouldn't think it was humane. My family has already said that they don't want to stay at the Warneford and Rachael Cathrew who I would never need to or agree to see refuses to speak when I ask her if she would like injections. She does say that the way the staff at the Warneford behave is only caring if the person having the 'treatment' has done something wrong therefore saying herself that the treatment they give is punishment. Dr Bale wants me to 'continue seeing' the staff but is incapable of acknowledging that it is against my will and that I have written upteen times to say I would never agree to meet them nor would I ever agree to or need to take drugs. Of course they are hughly unsuccessful as they never release/discharge people and they never say they want people to be well in fact two nursing staff have told me they want people to be sick. Of course so far I haven’t had this in writing so cannot prove it but it happened. I will never never never support the Warneford. I am a member of the public. They could improve the care by listening and not cold calling people also by dealing with and resolving complaints and by telling the truth which one doctor said would not help me. That person commits perjury. They could also improve by closing the Warneford which although I may never see in my lifetime I hope to. One member of staff described their behaviour as abusive and said she wasn't jealous of me demonstrating how awful my life is and the treatment I receive.

What was good was that I regained 4 stone in weight, i learnt about my body and medication and how to eat properly and do my own BMs Also how to engage better with people, both staff and other residents. I know how to better protect myself from invasive people and how to stand up for myself and prioritise thing that are to do with my well being Things that can be improved are that other abusive or aggressive residents should be dealt with more swiftly Things more clearly defined such as names in urine samples

The staff are so patient, kind and forgiving. The treatment is non-invasive although of course there are barriers in place which can be distressing I felt that communication between me and the staff team was good, and know that my parents felt the same. Plenty of support options have been given for outside the ward as well. Improvement: security of patients items with the office as I had a speaker stolen and a new charger has gone missing too

Special mention to Kalid for his mentoring. Overall very happy with my experience. Occasionally frustrated by low levels of staff cause they were all super busy but everyone did the best they could with the resources available. Thank you so much! <3.

They cold call me and have no discharge plan in. My family don't recommend them or have anything good to say about them. I have said for a long time the staff aren't cared for and I hope that changes. I am a member of the public.
