The care has been very good, the staff are good, polite and friendly to all the patients.
It has been a relaxed atmosphere, any improvements, not that much but I check the security could have been is a bit more secure.
Good.
Kind gentle and understanding staff.
Nice food.
Nice safe room and commercial area.
Having privacy when I needed it.
Access to tea and coffee.
Less good.
More things to do, like games etc.
The two people doing the tai-chai giggling to them selves made me feel stupid knowing more about my treatment.
Valuable caring staff.
Group talks, and daily planing introduce a day visitors patient folder.
i.e :- Notepad A4 + smaller pad, calendar, pens, and a list of contacts for patient, and visitors.
- Good = finally listened in ward round for increase in medicines.
Bad = beg for increase for so many days/weeks - no one sees how much I suffer/ do not take me seriously, SHU on a pretty low dose (not enough I suffering too much = want community psychiatrist to talk to me = knows me better please help).
Good = higher dose of anti psychotic so if I keep taking at this dose should be enough for now.
