Make sure when a patient complains about not working heater, fix it as soon as possible not leave it for the next shift sure to ‘maybe’ do something about cause that way nothing gets done, period.

The organised way the service was delivered to the patients. Every patient was treated with a very good Standard of equal measure of treatment and a disciplined and thorough nursing team on hand to provide a good level of care.
Suggested improvements
Sometimes the number of patients causes a bit of a human traffic jam. It must be difficult to mitigate the complexity of such a service whilst delivering a fair and honest care program.
