Nurses and HCAs are very compassionate and do their very best to provide care, help, and time. Their support is greatly appreciated. However there can be, I feel, a mismatch in communication between MDT and patient at times, and this is not always easy to ask for help with. It can feel like decisions are made for you and not with you which at times can be upsetting.

Improve communication between MDT and patients.
