Our son was a patient
We were always welcomed and kept really well informed we cannot fault the care and treatment here on the ward we were treated with respect and the staff were honest and helpful, attending ward rounds gave an opportunity to share our views we were listened to and felt our views valued
We are disappointed with the community team since the last admission and feel nothing really has changed our son needs psychology and not a waiting list of 18 months we are very let down again
