I can tell all the permanent staff are devoted to giving great care and try really hard, however, they are overstretched and this hugely impacts the quality of care they can provide.
Suggested improvements
Provide more groups that help put possible coping strategies into practice. Also, provide (suggestions of how to access) more alternative therapy options such as a regular art therapy group, a space to anonymously share expressive writing and develop it into a piece of art, equine therapy etc.
