The food, the occasional activities, the availability of staff and their friendliness.

More acknowledgment of stress within the ward, and stress as it’s own factor in recovery. Inactivity is its own form of stress. More options to report other patients or adapt around them as need be. Greater availability of the gym, and some form of cardio rather then walking up and down the halls, sooner upon arrival at least.

Listening, seeing social worker , getting a plan but my personal was not maintained.

More people/ staff to care for me , so it’s not so stressful for staff and patients

I feel that the care service could undertake better data protection from what's happen to what's writes and haw to manage situation's

Some staff are amazing, others make up their own rules. Food is excellent.

Open the garden at correct times. Don’t wake patients up during the night.
