I was told I would be able to use the hub renting bicycle (bike) all I need is a phone to get the app.
Need brown sugar. Want my medical records please. I want my dogs and boyfriend to visit everyday please.

Good:
Regular day staff very good.
Facilities our needs, despite being incredibly busy.
Food excellent.
En-suite own privacy great.
Need to be improved.
White boards need updating daily.
Every shower/Bath I have had has either been very cold or lukewarm. (old part of the building).
My room has been cleaned once in 7 days.
Bathroom at the very end is very messy state, dirty, water everything unclean.
Need to allocate a member of staff for smokers, people have been waiting.
