Unfortunately my first referral letter was not receive so I had not booked an appointment I was told I was not on the list I then had to phone the Princess royal and well and ask for another referral to be made my original appointment at the Princess Royal was removed and my appointment at the Victoria Hospital was made for 29 June and then that was cancelled and I was eventually seen on 5 July it seems very long time to wait for tests

I felt very listened to and cared for at all times. The staff were all lovely I had no complaints at all.
