Perhaps a bit of extra clarity during initial consultation or along with advice notes before op that every procedure, even local anesthetic and lasering which sound less a bit more low key do take a toll and to advice resting up after/ taking time off/planning operation around less busy times.

Approachable staff. Nurse made the visit sociable and the procedure easier to bear. Good administration - handled telephone inquiries well.
Thorough approach to treatment.
Able to return without feeling stupid or like a time waster.

So pleased with the outcome. Still some bruising visible but its early days yet. Dr Jones and Nikki were brilliant, explaining everything really well. I found the actual procedure pretty painless for both the laser treatment and the follow up foam treatment. I did have some pain after which lasted longer than I thought it would and was glad of the time I had off work (I have a pretty active job but I'm sure if you are sat at a desk you would be fine). My legs were very unsightly before and to be honest I was not expecting such a great improvement but I am so pleased with them. Looking forward to the summer for a change! All costs were agreed up front and were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
