Very happy with Marie's visit. This was my first time using a catheter and she explained the procedure really well, this enabled me to stay calm and comfortable.

For the first time in the period I’ve suffered with this condition - over 18months - I felt reassured and relaxed to be treated by someone who could give me the time and care to listen to my anxieties and to treat me with dignity and respect. Her patience and expert knowledge coupled with experience and humanity has given me such a sense of hope that I can get back to living like a well person again. I can’t recommend the service enough. Thank you Marie Riding _ clinical nurse specialist .

Having had post birth voiding issues which is a very difficult time given I had to manage a newborn, I found Marie Riding to be kind and compassionate. She also listened when I told her I was in pain and adjusted the plan appropriately and took steps to rectify this so I felt very heard. I think she’s a real asset to her workplace.

Being male and embarrassing talking about issues related to your urology areas, I was made to feel at ease and I felt I was being listened too and the nurse was very understanding and helped me get a step closer to getting back to normal.

To of had more stock available at the time, and what way I can reorder catheters when required.
