The previous patient’s appointment overran so my appointment was 25 mins late starting. We had to do it over the telephone as the video link wouldn’t work. However despite this I was satisfied with the information I was given.

Suggested improvements
Appointment starting on time if possible, though I understand why it was delayed.




Benign brain tumour so I have been fitted with a brain shunt
