I am always impressed by the care and attention afforded me at Upton Hospital. The staff constantly attend to my needs and are on hand to give answers snd information to any of my requests . A great hospital . I am always very impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities considering that it’s an elderly hospital now and much more difficult to keep clean

Both [name removed] & [name removed] absolutely fantastic human beings and both work with compassion, knowledgable and professionalism in their field of work. [name removed] [name removed] & [name removed] made me feel welcome and explained my treatment each step of the way. I am extremely greatful! 08.04.2024 - They both acted on the line of caution, prepared a hospital referral letter for me to attend the out of hours emergency care unit at Wexham to see a radiographer as I had slight swelling in my right arm, transpires a blood clot had developed. The last few weeks we have built a fantastic rapport amongst ourselves and they both knew I was playing my pain down. I am soooo blessed, I am OK, I am now on regular medication could of been so different. Thank you Ladies! Simply the best! [name removed]

[name removed] [name removed] was utterly fabulous. Factual but kind and listened to what I said. 5 stars are for the appointment itself only.

My only comment is on reception who just put a urine sample pot down for me without explanation. I asked what it was for and she said pregnancy test. I said there was no need because there was no chance I was pregnant. She said it was policy, has to be done. I told her I made sure I had an empty bladder for my appointment so couldn’t possible provide one. Nurse had to step in.
