From start to finish I received excellent care. I was very pleased with both the care and the outcomes. It was apparent that some resource were in short supply and there was a red push to meet care target. But I felt that all staff were both friendly and efficient and throughout I did not feel messed about or disregarded. Everyone was friendly. I felt cared for and was impressed by how everything appeared to be done properly and swiftly. My last post surgical dressing did not fully adhere but getting that changed was fast and convenient and my surgery was neat and successful.
