When I came to respiratory clinic today 15/3/17 I was taken to a room to be weighed/measured blood pressure and breath test.
3 separate times a member of staff came into the room looking for something.
One man came in once then another came in twice, no introduction, apology or anything.
I felt totally intimidated and uncomfortable.
The door was left wide.

Very good- not much of a wait- polite, informative, kind.
I noticed kind staff.
The seat were very comfortable!
