After 2 visits to the emergency eye clinic, and the most time consuming, terrible, atrocious visits to the Pharmacy, which is an absolute joke, and badly ran. Our recent visit was with Dr. M. Lane. Such a nice man, explained everything so well, issue, condition, prescription,s. Spoke to us so politely and looked at us, didn't turn his back( like the unhelpful chap at emergency). I actually changed my view today. If ever visit was as pleasant it could be a nice hospital to have to go to. Felt like you was a patient not a number today and alot quicker appointment and service.
