Visited AE the guy at the door was very understanding . The dept was so busy had to basically stand for over 8 hours . It was full of relatives and the staff never tried to ask relatives to leave so poorly people could sit down . Some patients have 4-5 with them unacceptable . Doctors come speak to you in a busy waiting room as they have no rooms to see you elsewhere . Not private or confidential . Dirty toilets and rubbish in floor . Very cold as door is constantly open . Dangerous amount of wheelchairs are in there The doctor I saw was very nice and understanding and listened . The following day as I was there over 24 hours Sharon came onto the door she was rude to everyone and not caring . If you asked a questioned she snapped at you .
