I have been diagnosed with sero negative Rhumatoid Arthritis. I was om treatment which was stopped as I developed a bowel issue. Almost 2 years have passed and despite asking for treatment I have not been restarted on any medication, my next planned appointment is in a year. Is it acceptable to decline treatment to me. I am in pain and also concerned that I will get not only joint damage but organ damage too
